This client was having mold issues and mildew stains showing up on their ceiling. This was due to insufficient Insulation and misaligned pressure and thermal boundaries. By spray-foaming the envelope and conditioning the attic, we are now able to control humidity and moisture, creating a more comfortable, energy efficient Home.
