This client was having major issues with their crawl space, insufficient vapor barrier with hanging Insulation and moisture problems due to condensation.
We went in and cleaned out all that mess, had fungus treated and did an encapsulation with a heavy 15 Mil liner and spray foam on the walls to create a conditioned crawl space. Also Installed a Sante-fe crawl dehumidifier to control moisture. Now they will reap the benefits of better Indoor air quality and energy efficiency for years to come!
