We have Insulated a variety of metal buildings, such as Quonset huts, car ports, hangars, or just standard metal buildings.

Closed cell spray foam is our choice for this application. Closed Cell spray foam has a sealed cell structure that provides high density, rigidity, excellent moisture and air impermeability, and superior thermal and acoustic insulation. It is also very durable, resistant to tearing and compression, and serves as a strong vapor barrier. With Closed Cell Foam, we can stop condensation, air seal and Insulate all in one application.

We also offer Intumescent fire coatings if the foam is to be left exposed. These are specialized paints designed to protect combustible materials from fire. These coatings swell up when exposed to high heat, creating a thick, insulating char layer that serves as a fire barrier. This slows the rate of heat transfer, protecting the underlying foam and providing crucial time for evacuation.
