Here’s a project we recently completed in West Point, it’s an older home that had some real nasty blown-In Insulation in the attic, the homeowners we’re concerned not only about the air quality in the home but also the fact all the duct work was up there, in the summer the 2nd floor wouldn’t get cool and the AC would run constantly.

We vacuumed out all that old Insulation and then disinfected the ceiling with a bacterial disinfectant we use, then the crew spray-foamed the roof to complete an encapsulated attic, bringing the duct work into the conditioned space will make a dramatic Improvement in the summer and pretty much year round, not only that but this is a much healthier choice for anyone with any type of allergies.
