Here’s a crawl space we recently completed also in Kingsmill, we Installed a heavy 15 mil poly all taped and sealed, then we Insulated the walls of the crawl with Closed cell foam with a fire coating. Notice the strip we leave at the top of the wall, that’s so the pest control Companies can check for termites.

Also notice how smooth the spray foam is, that’s just years of experience. Not all Insulation Companies are the same, customers need to do their research, ask how many years you’ve been doing it, and also ask of you do everything in house or do you sub out the work, believe it or not a lot of Insulation Companies do not do foam, but they come off like they do, then they just sub it out..
